Our award-winning engineers and builders have spent twenty-five years perfecting the Engineer-Build model, and we serve as the Engineer of Record for your project to provide quality controls from design to installation [construction].

Pre-Construction Phase

Structural EOR

Full structural engineering (engineer-of- record) services for our scope, from concept design to sealed Building Permit drawings.

3D Modeling & Computational Design

3D parametric conceptual modeling, as well as computational design, where applicable

Seismic and Dynamic Analysis

Where needed, seismic response spectrum and time history analysis, for both building and bridge structures.

Pre-Construction Management

Progressive estimating and pricing updates, including constructability, schedule and logistics planning.

Construction Phase

Final Engineering

Final structural design and optimization of elements and connections, including sealed shop drawings and field reviews.

Modeling and Shop Drawings

3D parametric construction modeling in all materials, with full fabrication and erection drawings derived from final model.

Fabrication and Procurement

Pre-fabrication of all materials, either in our shop or in others, with full QC control in all cases, to ensure efficient site installation.

Project Management

Detailed planning and management of fabrication, pre- assembly, shipping, sequencing, staging and site installation.

Site Installation

Just in time delivery and site installation with our own experienced supervisors and suitable local labor.

Fully Automated DLT Mass Timber
Manufacturing

The StructureCraft DLT mass timber manufacturing line is fully
automated and high capacity, using the latest European technology and
machinery for optimising, finger-jointing, moulding, machining, and
coating.

The manufacturing process of dowelling involves no glue or press curing
time, and as a result panel production is faster than similar glued
products such as CLT or GLT. The StructureCraft DLT line has a
throughput capacity greater than most North American CLT
manufacturers.

A year in research and development, StructureCraft’s custom-designed
DLT machine is the largest and fastest in the world.

The fully automated loading and pressing process means a panel can be
manufactured quickly, which leads to lower cost per panel compared to
other mass timber panels.
