MADERA - Broad Ripple Village

MADERA is a new four-story, mass timber office planned in Indianapolis’ beloved Broad Ripple Village. The design features DLT panels with concrete floors, and the exterior is wrapped with glass, steel, zinc, and other materials.

As the new office was replicated after T3 Minneapolis, Gershman reached out to StructureCraft for engineering services. StructureCraft is the structural engineer of record for the full building, including the concrete podium and cores, and the engineer-builder for the mass timber and glulam post and beam structure.
